General Ihor Skybiuk Named Ukraine's New Chief of General Staff

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Wednesday that General Ihor Skybiuk will be appointed Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces. Zelensky also stated that Oleksandr Syrskyi and Andriy Hnatov will continue serving in Ukraine's defence in new capacities. The reshuffle comes amid the ongoing war with Russia.
