Tusk government plans doctor pay caps and end to waiting-list workarounds

A package of healthcare reform bills is set to be submitted to the Polish parliament in September 2025. Key proposals include upper earnings caps for doctors and abolition of the informal "notebook" waiting-list system that allows patients to bypass official queues.
