Wrocław residents report illegal nighttime races near Tarczyński Arena keeping them awake

Residents of the Maślice and Kozanów districts in Wrocław are complaining about nighttime noise near the Tarczyński Arena car park, where illegal street races are reportedly taking place. Speed bumps have curbed part of the car traffic, but motorbikes are increasingly taking over at night, according to local residents. The issue was reported by Radio Wrocław.
