100% of Polish officers officially speak English — but the real level is questionable

Poland's Ministry of National Defence reports that formally 100% of generals, admirals and senior officers hold certified English proficiency under the NATO STANAG 6001 standard. However, experts raise serious doubts about the actual level of language competence behind those certificates. The gap could undermine effective cooperation with NATO allies.
