Poland to Introduce Digital Tax — Draft Law Due by End of July

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski announced on RMF FM that the Ministry of Digitalisation will publish a digital tax bill before the end of July 2025. The draft is not a new concept — its principles were presented earlier, but it will now be officially released. The tax is set to target large technology companies operating in Poland.
