Bundeswehr engineers help Poland build eastern defence barrier
A rotating German Bundeswehr engineering unit is supporting the Polish Armed Forces in building defensive infrastructure along Poland's eastern border as part of the "Eastern Shield" programme, the Polish General Staff announced. Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented on the cooperation. The project aims to bolster NATO's eastern flank.
