Mexican tourist with legal visa killed in Florida while fleeing ICE agents

A 28-year-old Mexican national was killed in Florida after being struck by a vehicle while fleeing US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. The man was in the United States on a valid tourist visa and was therefore in the country legally. His family says he ran out of fear of the immigration officers, not because he had done anything wrong.
