Mamdani calls Netanyahu 'a war criminal' but admits he cannot arrest him

New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "a war criminal" in a new video. He acknowledged, however, that he has no power to have Netanyahu arrested. President Trump had previously stated that the Israeli leader would "never" be arrested on US soil.
