Average Polish pension reaches 4,481 PLN gross after March indexation

In May 2026, the average pension paid by ZUS (Poland's Social Insurance Institution) reached 4,480.74 PLN gross — over 245 PLN more than in February, just before the March indexation. The figures come from ZUS data covering the first five months of 2026.
