Tusk government to publish digital tax on foreign platforms in July

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitisation Krzysztof Gawkowski announced on Wednesday that a digital tax bill will be published in July 2026. The levy is set to target foreign online platforms operating in the Polish market. Gawkowski acknowledged that Poland is modelling its approach on moves made by the Trump administration in the United States.
