Over 2,000 Volunteers Help Polish Scientists Restore Giant Mastodonsaurus Skeleton

More than 2,000 volunteers are assisting Polish scientists in the painstaking restoration of a Mastodonsaurus skeleton — a massive prehistoric amphibian that lived hundreds of millions of years ago. The project is one of the largest volunteer-driven palaeontological efforts in Poland. Participants are helping to clean and reassemble the ancient bones.
