Utøya survivor 15 years on: "Time doesn't heal wounds, it changes the wounded"

Magnus Haakonson, a survivor of Anders Behring Breivik's massacre on the Norwegian island of Utøya on 22 July 2011, told the Polish Press Agency that trauma returned to him years after the attack rather than fading. "In 2011 I was a completely different person," he said. Breivik killed 77 people in the attack, which took place 15 years ago this week.
