WhatsApp is developing a feature that lets users customise the six emoji displayed in the quick-reaction bar, replacing the defaults with their most-used icons. The option would allow personalised shortcuts for frequent reactions. However, the feature is reportedly planned as a paid, subscription-only perk. No release date has been announced.
