Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs all target Rashford in transfer window

Three Premier League heavyweights — Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham — are all reportedly interested in signing Marcus Rashford. Arsenal are also linked with Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa. Nottingham Forest are said to be close to sealing the signing of a new centre-back.
