Poland's Defence Industry Has Funding but Faces a Skilled-Worker Shortage

Large sums are flowing into Poland's defence industry to equip the Polish Armed Forces, but decades of cuts and restructuring have left factories and design offices short of qualified engineers, technicians and constructors.
