HTX rotates crypto wallets to evade UK sanctions screening, TRM Labs says

Crypto exchange HTX is systematically rotating wallets to avoid detection by UK sanctions-screening systems, according to a TRM Labs report. UK authorities sanctioned HTX in May over its alleged role in helping Russia evade Western restrictions. The wallet-rotation method makes it harder for regulators to track transactions and enforce the sanctions.
