Robotisation tax relief: firms can deduct 150% of costs, but only until end of 2026

Until the end of 2026, Polish companies can deduct 150% of robotisation expenditure from their taxable income. The Ministry of Finance has not yet decided whether to extend the relief beyond that date. A favourable ruling from an administrative court gives businesses an opportunity to use the preference more quickly.
