Disengaged workers cost Poland 370 billion zloty a year in lost GDP

Poland could gain at least 370 billion zloty annually in GDP if its workforce were more engaged at work, according to new analysis. Most employees show either passive behaviour or loyalty driven by necessity rather than genuine commitment. Poor leadership and a lack of understanding of organisational goals are cited as the main drivers of the problem.
