Deposed Turkish opposition leader Ozel plans to launch new party

Özgür Özel, removed as leader of Turkey's main opposition party CHP by a court ruling, has announced plans to form a new major opposition party. Özel considers his removal politically motivated. The new formation is intended to provide an alternative opposition force to President Erdoğan's government.
