Novo Nordisk sues Eli Lilly over misleading Zepbound vs Wegovy weight-loss comparison

Novo Nordisk has taken legal action against Eli Lilly, claiming the rival drugmaker compared peak doses of its Zepbound against outdated, lower doses of Wegovy to advertise a 50-pound weight loss versus 33 pounds for the competitor. The dispute centres on the ethics of advertising for weight-loss drugs, among the world's top-selling pharmaceuticals.
