Drapaty named Ukraine's new Commander-in-Chief, replacing Syrski

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Mykhailo Drapatyi as the new Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces, replacing Oleksandr Syrskyi, who held the post for two years. Zelensky said the change would make Ukraine stronger and Russia's position harder.
