Nintendo Tells Court: Customers Have No Legal Right to Tariff Refunds
Nintendo has moved to dismiss a class-action lawsuit filed by two US customers seeking to force the company to pass on tariff refunds owed to it by the government. The company argues buyers have no legal entitlement to those funds, and that the court cannot retroactively reprice completed sales simply because the legal landscape has changed. The suit was filed in April in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
