Moldova elects investor Vasile Tofan as PM to drive EU membership bid

Moldova's pro-Western parliament has elected investor Vasile Tofan as the country's new prime minister. His government is expected to press ahead with Moldova's EU membership bid and support efforts to disarm Hezbollah.
