Einride buys EV charging firm Flipturn for $38M in stock to scale electric trucking

Swedish electric trucking company Einride has agreed to acquire EV charging startup Flipturn for $38 million in stock. The deal is aimed at expanding charging infrastructure as Einride scales up its electric freight operations.
