Częstochowa bus driver charged after teen drove onto railway tracks at red light
A Częstochowa city bus driver has been charged with causing imminent danger of a transport disaster and failing to render aid to victims. Prosecutors determined that the bus driver's conduct caused a 19-year-old Opel driver to cross a railway level crossing on a red light.
