Celtic and Rangers face disciplinary charges over Ibrox Scottish Cup unrest

Celtic and Rangers have been hit with disciplinary charges over the disorder that followed their Scottish Cup tie at Ibrox in March. An independent review was critical of ultras groups from both clubs and scathing about planning failures by the relevant authorities. Both clubs must now answer to a disciplinary panel.
