Russia Prepares National Guard for New Mobilisation Wave

A draft order published on Russia's official regulatory portal instructs the National Guard (Rosgvardia) to prepare its personnel, facilities and assets in advance against threats arising during a mobilisation period. The document suggests the Kremlin is planning another wave of conscription. Rosgvardia is Russia's internal security force responsible for, among other things, public order and counterterrorism.
