Uphold launches fractional share trading for 4,000+ US stocks and ETFs
Crypto platform Uphold has launched fractional share trading in the United States, covering more than 4,000 stocks and ETFs. Users can now sell Bitcoin and use the proceeds to buy shares — for example in Berkshire Hathaway — in a single in-app step. The move further blurs the line between cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets.
