RTV licence inspectors can photograph car radios from 24 July

From 24 July, RTV licence inspectors in Poland can photograph car radios as evidence of owning a device subject to the fee. However, the alarm among drivers and business owners is largely overstated — simply having a radio in a car does not automatically trigger the obligation to pay. The rules require formal registration of the receiver, and not every vehicle owner is liable.
