New Pułtusk bypass opens — Tusk announces it with a joke

The new bypass around Pułtusk, on the route from Warsaw toward the Masurian Lake District, has officially opened to traffic. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the opening with a lighthearted video, captioning it: "Half a Tusk, but the bypass is complete" — a pun on his own name.
