Ugandan Filmmaker to Direct Kenyan Soccer Doc in New Three-Film Deal

Pierce Capital Entertainment (Thomas Pierce) and FilmCrew (Kevin and Toby Schmutzler) have signed an exclusive three-film co-production deal. The first project is "Champions of Nowhere," a Kenyan soccer documentary to be directed by Ugandan filmmaker and journalist Moses Bwayo. The partnership also involves the creative teams behind the "Nawi" series and "The Brutalist" EP.
