Jan Holoubek's 'Dziki, dziki wschód' to Premiere at Toronto International Film Festival
Jan Holoubek's new film "Dziki, dziki wschód" (Wild Wild East) has been selected for the Platform competition at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Set in winter 1943, the dark thriller follows Wolff, a mysterious Berlin official who arrives in a small town in eastern Poland and disturbs the fragile peace of its inhabitants. The cast includes Itay Tiran, Robert Więckiewicz and Joanna Kulig.
