ClickLock Malware on macOS Tricks Users Into Launching the Attack Themselves

Despite the widespread belief that macOS is virus-free, the ClickLock malware proves otherwise. It uses a particularly brazen social-engineering technique: tricking the user into running malicious code themselves via the macOS Terminal, then locking them out of normal system use. The malware exploits user trust rather than technical vulnerabilities to execute its attack.
