Pilecki Institute screens "The Zone of Interest" and hosts debate on German awareness of Nazi crimes

The Pilecki Institute is organising a screening of "The Zone of Interest" and a debate with Polish and German experts as part of its "Berlin in Warsaw" series. The central question is what ordinary Germans knew about Nazi crimes during World War II and how they responded. This remains one of the most hotly debated topics in contemporary historiography.
