Nintendo all but confirms Splatoon 4 is coming after Raiders spin-off
Nintendo has launched Splatoon Raiders, a spin-off focused on non-competitive gameplay, as a new entry point for fans after three mainline titles. In an "Ask the Developer" interview, producer Seita Inoue signalled that Nintendo has no intention of abandoning competitive gameplay — widely interpreted as a near-confirmation that Splatoon 4 is in development. Fans of the franchise can expect a return to the classic competitive formula in a future mainline entry.
