Three Rock-Cut Tombs from Ancient Egypt's Golden Age Uncovered at Saqqara

An Egyptian archaeological mission has uncovered three rock-cut tombs in the Saqqara region, dating from ancient Egypt's golden age. The tombs shed new light on the social structure of the period and reveal details about Egypt's relations with the Near East at that time. The discovery was made by an Egyptian research team.
