Over 100 migrants dead or missing off Mauritania coast, UN says

The UN refugee agency UNHCR says it is "extremely saddened" after more than 100 migrants died or went missing off the coast of Mauritania in West Africa last week across separate incidents. The route off West Africa remains one of the world's deadliest migration paths.
