Poland's electricity output up 5.5% — solar, gas and coal all rise

Poland produced 5.5% more electricity in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period a year earlier. The biggest gains came from solar photovoltaics, natural gas and hard coal. The increase reflects growing demand from both industry and households.
