Anti-ICE army veteran armed with axes set fire outside Manhattan federal building

Andrew Arrabaca, a 43-year-old army veteran, was arrested by the FBI after starting a fire outside a Manhattan federal building. He was armed with two axes, a machete, three knives, and fireworks, according to federal officials. Investigators say his actions were motivated by opposition to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE).
