Snap settles social media addiction lawsuit, following TikTok's lead

Snap has reached a tentative settlement in a lawsuit alleging that social media platforms cause harm to children and young adults. The case was due to go to trial later this month. TikTok had previously settled its portion of the same case. Financial terms of Snap's agreement were not disclosed.
