Polish Army shifts to talent management model for military personnel

The Polish Armed Forces are implementing a modern personnel system based on the "talent management" model. The new approach will replace the traditional staffing model and focus on identifying soldiers' knowledge, competencies, predispositions and potential. The solutions are currently being piloted and are intended to improve qualification and career planning processes.
