Turkey Blocks €27bn NATO Fuel Pipeline Upgrade, Demanding Concessions

Turkey is blocking a €27 billion NATO upgrade of the Central European Pipeline System (CEPS), the alliance's military fuel network, according to Politico, which says Ankara is trying to extract concessions. The project would be the most expensive jointly funded investment in NATO history. Poland backs rapid implementation and wants to serve as a regional pipeline hub.
