Turkey Blocks €27bn NATO Fuel Pipeline Upgrade, Demanding Concessions
Turkey is blocking a €27 billion NATO upgrade of the Central European Pipeline System (CEPS), the alliance's military fuel network, according to Politico, which says Ankara is trying to extract concessions.
