Polish government approves pilot of free state-run e-grade-book for schools

The Polish government on Tuesday approved a bill enabling a pilot programme for a free, state-run electronic grade-book integrated with the National Education Information System (SIO). Participation in the pilot will be voluntary for schools. The move responds to criticism over the costs schools pay for commercial e-grade-book platforms.
