Poland Plans Central Register for Property Managers Under New Rules

The Polish government has published draft assumptions for a law requiring property managers to be entered in a central register overseen by the minister responsible for housing and construction. The new rules are intended to bring order to the property management market. The draft has been added to the government's legislative agenda.
