Two meteor showers peak over Poland on July 30–31, but the full moon will spoil the view

The Southern Delta Aquariids and Alpha Capricornids meteor showers will both peak around July 30–31, 2026, and will be visible from Poland. A full moon will significantly hamper viewing conditions by brightening the night sky and washing out fainter meteors. The Perseids, one of the year's most popular astronomical events, are also approaching activity.
