Denmark advises tourists to stand still and make eye contact in wolf encounters

Danish authorities have issued guidance urging tourists to stand still, make eye contact and resist firmly if attacked by a wolf. Wolves returned to Denmark after a 200-year absence in 2012, and there are now an estimated 49 wolves on the Jutland peninsula. Officials also warn visitors not to approach or feed the animals.
