Polish government won't rule out fuel price cuts, but warns of €1.5bn monthly cost
Government spokesman Adam Szłapka said after Tuesday's cabinet meeting that a return to fuel price support mechanisms is possible if the market situation becomes critical. However, previous support schemes cost the state budget around 1.5 billion złoty per month. No concrete decision was announced, and politicians suggested Orlen should independently review its pricing.
