Russia's Tolstoy: Moscow must fight Ukraine "to the end"

Pyotr Tolstoy, Deputy Speaker of Russia's State Duma and a close ally of Vladimir Putin, stated that ending the war in Ukraine at this stage is not in Moscow's interest. He declared that Russia is fighting for its right to survive in its current form and must press on "to the end," in remarks delivered as part of a propaganda broadcast.
