E. coli bacteria found in water supply across Pyzdry commune — ban on drinking and bathing

Poland's Sanitary Inspectorate (Sanepid) has detected coliform bacteria in the water supply of eight villages in the Pyzdry commune in the Greater Poland region. Residents are prohibited from drinking the water, giving it to animals, or bathing in it — the bathing ban applies even after boiling. Authorities are urging caution until the contamination is resolved.
