Wall Street Landlords Turn Net Sellers After Bulk Home-Buying Ban Takes Effect

The largest institutional landlords in the US have become net sellers of rental homes, offloading 3,180 more properties than they have bought since January 1. The shift follows the entry into force of a ban on bulk home purchases by large institutional investors.
